Those intending to apply to a graduate degree program at the Herbert Wertheim College of Business should review the final deadlines for their selected program and entry term. On-campus programs also have an earlier, priority deadline that applicants should meet for priority consideration.
On-Campus Master’s Programs
Applicants seeking priority admission consideration and consideration for competitive assistantships should apply by January 15 for the following one-year programs:
- Accounting (MAcc) for summer or fall entry
- Accelerated, Full-Time MBA format – for fall entry
- Business Analytics (MS-BA) for summer entry
Finance (MSF) for summer entry: Applications completed after the January 15 priority deadline will be considered on a space-available basis until the program’s final deadline.
Ph.D. in Business Administration Program
The priority application deadline for fall 2027 admission to the full-time Ph.D. in Business Administration program is December 1, 2026, for all seven majors:
Accounting
Finance
Management Information Systems
Marketing
Organizational Behavior and Human Resources
Risk Management and Insurance
Strategy
Application review begins soon after the priority deadline and continues until available positions are filled. For priority consideration, applicants are strongly encouraged to submit their application by December 1.
The final application deadline is March 1, 2027. Applicants seeking consideration for additional university-level funding opportunities are encouraged to submit all completed application materials before January 15, 2027. This funding consideration date is separate from the December 1 admissions priority deadline.
International Applicants
International applicants should review the deadlines and additional requirements for their selected program and apply early to allow time for credential evaluation, immigration processing and travel arrangements.

Other Master’s Application Deadlines
The college’s online and part-time degree programs admit new students every term and have only one final deadline:
March 1 for summer entry
June 1 for fall entry
October 1 for spring entry
Eligible programs include the online programs in Business Administration (MBA), Management Information Systems (MS-MIS) and Risk Management and Insurance (MS-RMI) and the Part-Time Evening MBA format taught in the evenings on campus. Applicants should review their intended program’s webpage for more information, including materials required for applications.
