Warren Oliver is a Tallahassee native who moved away for his undergraduate degree at Loyola University New Orleans. After graduation, he moved to Istanbul, Türkiye, to teach English and eventually became the program coordinator at Koç University's ELC for Kids program, an immersive English-based experiential education program for 4- to 13-year-olds. In 2020, while earning his Ph.D. at Florida State University, Oliver was hired as an associate director for the Center for Undergraduate Research and Academic Engagement (CRE) to run their Global Scholars and Gap Year Program, and later became the director of student services in the College of Nursing.
Warren has lived on four different continents: North America, Africa, Europe, and Asia, and studied Arabic and French language during his undergraduate experience in Rabat, Morocco. Warren loves to travel and especially enjoys finding places with great stories.
