Colin O'Connor graduated from Florida State University in 2011 with a degree in finance, setting the foundation for his career in business and technology. He joined ReliaQuest as a sales intern in 2008, quickly advancing through various roles as the company grew to become one of the leading cybersecurity technology companies in the world – including as head of Customer Success, Technical Operations and eventually Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he oversaw product development, engineering, analytics, and operations, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and innovation.
In 2020 Colin pivoted to running all Go-to-Market activities at ReliaQuest, including business development, sales, marketing, and customer success. He has helped ReliaQuest grow to over $400 million in revenue in 2025 with a valuation of more than $3.4 billion, over 1,200 teammates and over 1,000 customers globally.
