Registration
Dating back to 1977, Insurance Days is the bi-annual career placement event for Florida State University’s Risk Management/Insurance (RMI) majors. This event assists seniors in obtaining employment after graduation, as well as assists underclassmen in securing internship positions. This event also enables students to network with recruiters to learn more about individual companies and their career opportunities.
Insurance Days features access to the FSU RMI student body through the career fair, on-campus interviews and the RMI Student Resume Book.
General company registration includes admission for two (2) company representatives to the Opening Lunch, Career Fair, on-campus interviews and conference meals. No additional attendees will be permitted without the purchase of the RMI Legacy or RMI Heritage sponsorships. Please see the Sponsorship Tab for more details.

RMI Student Resume Book: An advance copy of the FSU RMI Student Resume Book will be released to all attendees two weeks prior to Insurance Days. Student participation in the resume book is voluntary, but highly encouraged.

Career Fair
Provided with display space in the exhibit hall, recruiters will have the opportunity to meet FSU RMI students, establish professional relationships and discuss potential job and/or internship opportunities.
On-campus interviews will be scheduled the day of the Career Fair event. Students will visit tables, meet the recruiters and, if both parties are interested, will schedule their interviews onsite for the next two days (Thursday, October 15 from 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday, October 16 from 8:30am - Noon). No interviews scheduled in advance.
Participating companies will be provided with one (1) 6 ft. table, two chairs and limited space for display materials, unless a secured sponsorship provides for more. As space is limited, we ask that materials are limited to on-table displays and narrow pop-up banners that can be tucked up alongside or directly behind the table. Please take a look at the photographs below to get a better understanding of the available space and type of displays that have worked well in past years.

Interviews
To conduct on-campus interviews during Insurance Days “Interview Days” (October 15 - 16, 2026), registered companies must request an interview room during the Insurance Days registration process. Once your registration is complete and you have indicated that you would like to reserve an interview room, the FSU RMI staff will reserve and hold one (1) interview space for your company at the Herbert Wertheim Center for Business Excellence. Requests for a second interview room can be made and, if space is available within the two weeks leading up to Insurance Days, your company will have the additional room reserved at no additional charge. No guarantees for a second interview room can be made at this time. Interview slots are 30 minutes in length, with the ability to conduct 19 interviews over the course of a day and a half.
Each company that has reserved an interview room will be contacted by FSU RMI staff to finalize the on-campus interview set-up process. To finalize the process, each company will need to provide the job description for the employment opportunities that our FSU RMI students will be applying for and interviewing for over the course of the Insurance Days “Interview Days.”
Once job descriptions have been received, FSU RMI staff will post the positions on an internal FSU RMI student account where the students can access the information prior to their Insurance Days attendance and onsite interview scheduling. NoleNetwork will not be utilized during Insurance Days.

Reserved parking has been arranged within the St. Augustine Parking Garage. Parking is limited to one parking spot per company. An attendant will be present to direct you to your reserved parking area. We will be unable to fix any parking tickets received for parking in the wrong location.
